1-on-1 Throwing Lessons

$100.00

A one-on-one lesson focused on assessing and implementing educated constraints in order to enhance mobility and throwing efficiency. This process begins with a detailed evaluation of the athlete’s current range of motion, movement patterns, and throwing mechanics. By identifying specific limitations & inefficient movement patterns, we are able to introduce targeted constraints that guide the body into more optimal positions and motions.

These constraints are not arbitrary; they're carefully chosen based on biomechanical principles to promote more efficient throwing mechanics. The goal is to train the body to operate within these improved parameters, creating better kinetic chain sequencing.

Through progressive drills and feedback, the athlete learns to throw harder with reduced strain on the arm. This method reduces the risk of overuse injuries by limiting dangerous compensation movements and improving motor control.

The result: enhanced performance and a healthier throwing arm built on a foundation of smart, science-driven constraints.
