Who I am
My name is Brian Stephens.
I am a lifelong baseball player, coach, and thrower. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, baseball runs through my veins. I sharpened my skills at Dallas Jesuit High School, where I played competitively before advancing to UTSA. There, I earned my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition.
Driven by a passion for understanding athletic movement, I pursued further education culminating in published research focused on Biomechanics—specifically, the throwing mechanics of baseball players.
My mission is clear: educate and elevate every athlete I work with. By teaching precise body mechanics and expanding accessible range of motion, we don’t just increase throwing velocity; we foster long-term arm and body health.
This isn’t just training—it’s a performance revolution.
